Olayinka Odunbaku

Founder/CEO

Olayinka Odunbaku is the Founder and CEO of The Hedge and Alpha Company Limited, a technology-driven financial service firm. With a strong background in finance, investment, and business development, Olayinka is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company and making important corporate decisions. He has over 18 years of experience in both the private and public sectors, including roles in e-commerce, public finance, consulting, and banking.

Olayinka holds professional certifications as a CFA institute member, a Chartered Accountant (ACCA), and a Chartered Tax Practitioner with CITN. He has obtained bachelor's and master's degrees in Applied Accounting and Banking and Finance from Oxford Brookes University in the UK and the University of Lagos in Nigeria, respectively.

Alfred Olajide

Non Executive Director

Alfred is the Managing Director of Coca-Cola Nigeria and is an experienced business leader with a solid base of competencies across strategy, operations management, and execution. His career spans financial services, FMCG and management consulting. His prior experience in the Coca-Cola system spans various roles in different Geographies across the African continent.

He has a First Class (Hons) Degree from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Leicester, UK.
